The much-anticipated Auckland Council’s Music in Parks is back this summer, and we couldn’t be more excited! As a proud participant in these outdoor concerts, we’re thrilled to be mixing for some fantastic bands and supplying sound systems and/or staging for one of these vibrant events nearly every weekend during the summer of 2023.

Music in Parks Auckland – Your Ticket to Free Summer Concerts

Auckland Council generously provides free music concerts nearly every weekend throughout the summer under the banner of Music in Parks. Aren’t we just fortunate to reside in Auckland, the City of Music?!

The Music in Parks Auckland initiative is a summer highlight, hosting super fun events that are free and family-friendly. These concerts occur in various parks across Auckland, making joining in on the fun easier than ever. So, grab your picnic basket, put on some sunscreen, and make the most of a glorious summer day by enjoying top-notch entertainment with your family and friends.

A Flashback to 2014

Music in Parks Auckland 2014 was a season to remember. Running from 1 January to 22 March, the event brought a diverse range of music to the parks of Auckland, catering to all ages and musical tastes. These free concerts added a rhythmic pulse to every weekend of our beautiful New Zealand summer.

A Decade of Participation for The Rock Factory

Here’s an update to our journey with Music in Parks Auckland: we’ve been actively involved since 2012, and after two years of interruption due to Covid-19, the year 2023 has brought us back to the stages of Music in Parks Auckland. We’re SO excited to be part of this beloved Auckland tradition again!
