Thank you very much indeed for helping us win the 2012 People’s Choice Awards for best Nationwide Audio Visual Hire from the Corporate Events Guide! The original reason we started the Rock Factory was to help and support bands in our community who don’t always have a lot of money. We moved into corporate work to enable us to keep doing what we love, and it turns out that corporate work is a pleasure to do as well! We count ourselves so lucky that we get to do both these days and feel appreciated by both musicians and corporate clients. Without your support, we couldn’t do any of this, so from the bottom of our little geek hearts, thanks for continuing to take your business to us, and thank you again for voting.
Moving on in the year, November will be an excellent month for us and for everyone in Auckland, as events are now steadily moving outdoors again!

- Last Saturday we would have been at Auckland‘s biggest community festival, the massive Grey Lynn Park Festival had it not have been cancelled due to bad weather! We
wholeheartedly support the team in their decision – what a tough call to make! There’ll always be next year, and we’re already looking forward to it. - Silo Park will be starting their next season on November 23 with Silo Cinemas, followed by Nick D’s Weird Together Presents World Together on December 1.
- On Nov 24 we’ll take care of the sound at this year’s Neilstock in Tirau. We’ve been working with those guys for many years now and can’t wait to join the party!
- Early December, on Dec 2, we’ll be part of Hospice West’s Light Up Hospice event in Te Atatu, again, this year with Lisa Crawley and Adeaze
- On the same day, December 2 that is, we’ll take care of Dance In The Park in Devonport, which is part of the local christmas festivities.
