Secondly, let me make a quick announcement: We had a cancellation and are now free on Labour Weekend – first come, first serve! Labour Weekend is usually booked out about six months in advance as first long weekend of spring. If you get in touch quickly, we’ll be able to help you last minute!
In somewhat related news, we’re growing and growing, which means can now provide you with two full production set ups. That means 2 full stages, marquees, backline, sound, lighting and staff at the same time! All you’ll need to provide is a place and entertainment to take your event to the next level.
If you want to check out what a full production set up looks like, pop by at this year’s Waitakere Festival in Henderson Park on October 28, for example. It’s free with an exellent line-up of bands; among them The Bat’s Robert M Scott, playing a fairly rare (for Auckland) solo set. Check out their website for the full programme.

Have you ever considered hiring the backline? Especially when you’ve got a big line up with many bands, it simply saves time if everyone uses the same amps or the same drum kit. Talk to us next time you’re planning an event – we’ve got some top notch backline that we hire out, like our beautiful Pearl Reference Masterworks drum kit.
By the way, if available, you are free to use our backline when recording at our studio.
New Gear
Finally we got our own snake with side-of-stage monitor split! Side-of-stage monitoring means an extra sound engineer on the side of the stage who mixes just the monitors for the bands – now isn’t that flash? It’s particularly practical for large events. We’re looking forward to using it a lot this summer.
