Life has been busy at Casa Rock Factory! By now we’ve had a few months time to play with the new line array, and it really does sound great. You would have seen it at the most recent Silo Sessions & Markets – our favourite one in the last few weeks was Weird Together’s World Together gig.
Apart from our work at Silo Park, our next big stop will be Tertiary Institutions’ Reorientation, meaning we’re moving steadily towards spring again!
Now, don’t panic, but this is probably a good point in time to remind you to book the sound, staging and marquees for your spring and early summer events soon, before it all becomes a rush.
In personal news, finding a new office/living space closer to warehouse and studio was a full success: we’re now right next door. Find our new address details at the bottom of this email! The birth of baby Klaessens-Rawstron is imminent, too, so check our Facebook for updates – we’ll see you on the other side.

Lucha Lounge in Newmarket has been one of our favourites for a while! We love that there are no venue hire costs for bands; musicians just need to provide their own PA to play. OH HANG ON, don’t you hire out fine sound systems, Rock Factory? Why, yes, we do!

On K’Rd, the good people of [11]the Studio have come up with a sweet winter deal for local promoters! You can play at the Studio Light entirely for free. That’s basically the foyer of the Studio, fitting ~250 people, provided you organise your own sound. OH HANG ON, don’t you hire out fine [12]sound systems, Rock Factory? Why, yes, we do!
