Outdoor Event Packages – Sound + Covered Stage Hire


We specialise in providing competitive and complete packages for your outdoor event and festival production. The outdoor events stage and sound system packages we cater for include:

  • small to medium festival production with stage and sound system
  • small to medium concerts in parks (e.g Music in Parks).
  • cultural days, fairs, A & P shows, food and wine festivals, sports days and community events.

Listed here are our outdoor event Stage and Marquee Packages with options to add various size sound systems or Festival Production PA hire. Below we have our Outdoor event options from Large to Small in reverse order.

NOTE: These prices are for events with 3 hours of live music. Additional technical labour hours over and above 7 hours (including  delivery, setup, soundcheck, packdown and removal) are charged on a per hour basis.

Outdoor Event Packages(Delivered in Auckland within 20km of CBD)*:

Outdoor Event Stages:

  • Large Wide Outdoor Event Stage (7.2m by 6m at 90 cm height) covered with 6×6 m Marquee Setup = $1600+GST (note 2 extra pieces optional as wings for the sound system at no extra cost).
  • Large Basic Outdoor Event Stage (6m by 6m at 90 cm height) covered with 6×6 m Marquee Setup = $1500+GST
  • Medium Outdoor Event Stage (6m by 4.2m or 4.8m at 90cm height) covered with 6×4 m Marquee Setup= $1200+GST
  • Medium Pole Outdoor Event Stage (6m by 3 or 3.6m at 90cm height) covered with 6×3 m Marquee Setup= $1100+GST (note that this has a pole in the middle at the front where the lead singer usually stands, so he/she would have to stand off centre.)
  • Small Outdoor Event Stage (4.8m by 3m at 50cm height) covered with 4.8×3 m Marquee Setup= $675+GST
  • Mini Outdoor Event Stage (3.6 by 3m at 50cm height) covered with a 3×3 m Marquee Setup = $550+GST

Outdoor Event Sound Systems and Festival Production for between 1000 and 2000 people:

ADD $3500+GST for a Line Array System System (2000 people) with 32 channel mixing desk.

  • big band setup with up to 8 monitors, microphones, 6 DI boxes, stands, cables.
  • Three technicians ( minimum 3 people required to setup), delivered, setup, packed down and removed.
  • USUALLY $3700+GST – SAVE $200+GST!

ADD $2800+GST for the Double Medium or Medium Plus System (for 800 to 1600 people) with 32 channel mixing desk.

  • big band setup Up to 6 monitors, microphones, 4 DI boxes, stands, cables.
  • Two technicians ( minimum 2 people required to setup), delivered, setup, packed down and removed.
  • USUALLY $3000+GST – SAVE $200+GST!

ADD $2400+GST for a Basic Line Array Sound System Plus OR Double Standard plus (for up to 1000 people) with 32 channel mixer.

  • big band setup with Up to 6 monitors, full mic up rig for larger bands, 32 ch snake.
  • With two technicians onsite (2 people required to setup), delivered, setup, packed down and removed.

ADD $2200+GST for a Basic Line Array Sound System OR Double Standard  (for up to 1000 people) with 16 channel mixer.

  • rock or standard band setupUp to 4 monitors, full mic up rig.
  • With two technicians onsite (2 people required to setup), delivered, setup, packed down and removed.
  • USUALLY $2400+GST – SAVE $200+GST!

Outdoor Event PA Systems and Festival Production for between 300 to 800 people:

ADD $1600+GST for a Medium Concert Sound System (for 300 to 800 people) with 24 channel desk,

  • 5 or 6 monitors / foldbacks, microphones, Full microphone kit
  • Two technicians onsite ( 2 people required to setup), delivered, setup, packed down and removed.
  • USUALLY $1800+GST – SAVE $200+GST!

For Medium stage ($1200+GST) with Medium Sound System ($1600+GST) allow 3 hours for setup and 2 hours for packdown.

For Large wide Stage ($1600+GST) with Medium Sound System ($1600+GST) allow 4 hours for setup and 3 hours for packdown.

ADD $1200+GST for a Standard Concert System (for up to 300 people) with 16 channel mixing desk.

  • up to 4 monitors, microphones, 2 DI boxes, stands, cables.
  • 1 technician stays, 2 people deliver, setup, pack down and remove.

Outdoor Event Sound Systems for up to 150 people:

ADD $700+GST for Basic Sound System (for up to 150 people) with 8 or 12 channel desk.

  • up to 2 monitors, 6 microphones, 2 DI boxes, stands, cables
  • a technician to run it – delivered, setup and removed.

ADD $295+GST for a Vocal PA System with small mixing desk delivered and setup on site (speech or acoustic artists up to 100 people) and removed at the end.

  • $150+GST Additional for a tech to run.
  • ADD $75+GST for an 18 inch sub or additional speakers for spread or as foldbacks or monitors for the artist.

Add Backline to your outdoor Event Package stage and sound system or festival production:

Band Backline Addon = $500+GST for a full set of standard set of band backline (2 guitar amps, bass rig and drum kit) to be provided with setup.

DJ Gear Addon =  $200+GST for a 3 piece set of DJ Gear – either 2 CDJs and a DJM800 OR 2 Technics Turntables and a DJM800 – DJ booth table can be provided FREE with this package.

ADD $50+GST per wireless microphone required for MCs or performers to go through the sound system.

ADD $75+GST each for additional pieces of DJ gear (CDJs, DJ mixers or Technics Turntables).

 

* These stage and sound system outdoor event package delivered prices are only valid for within 20km of Auckland CBD. If your festival production is outside of this area, then travel is an additional per KM charge AND Driver Per hour charge as well as per hour charges for any additional persons required for labour.
