Stage Hire – Price List
Staging hire:
Great for events – showcase your product, DJs, Bands, drum risers, podiums for speeches, conferences, entertainers, fashions shows, models and pagents.
The pieces are either 1.8 by 1.2m or 2.4 by 1.2m and are $60+GST each and are put together to create various size stages. Delivery and pick-up is $50 to $75 each way (depending on size of vehicle required for transport), Setup is $50 for 1 or 2 pieces and $100 for 3 to 11 pieces and $200 for 12 to 20 pieces. ALL our staging can having trimming and sets of stairs installed with them if required.

- 2 piece DJ stage or drum riser (2.4m by 2.4m), delivered, set up, and picked up for $300+GST
- 5 piece stage (3.6m by 3.6m), delivered, set up, and picked up for $450+GST
- 6 piece Stage (4.8m by 3.6m), delivered, set up, and picked up for $510+GST
- 8 Piece Stage (4.8m by 4.8m or 6 x 3.6) delivered, set up, and picked up for $730+GST
- 9 Piece Stage (7.2 by 3.6), delivered, set up, and picked up for $790+GST
- 10 Piece Stage (6m by 4.8m), delivered, set up, and picked up for $850+GST
- 12 Piece Stage (7.2m by 4.8m or 6m by 6m), delivered, set up, and picked up for $1020+GST
- 14 Piece Stage (8.4 by 4.8), delivered, set up, and picked up for $1140+GST
- 15 Piece Stage (7.2 by 6), delivered, set up, and picked up for $1200+GST
- 17.5 Piece Stage (8.4 by 6) delivered, set up, and picked up for $1350+GST
- 20 Piece Stage (9.6 by 6) delivered, set up, and picked up for $1550+GST
Catwalks can be made in any configuration our of the 2.4 by 1.2 meter pieces – talk to us if you are running a fashion show…
NOTE: For multiple day or night hire 1 or 2 days the price is the same, the 3rd and 4th night are charged at an additional half of the original price on top. The cost of one weeks hire is 2 x the original price for staging.
Marquee hire:
- small 3 x 3 popup Marqee Hire $50+GST
- 6 x 6 Marquee to Fit perfectly over 6 x6 Stage $500
Notes:
- All Prices are excluding GST
- For multiple day marquee hire – the additional nights/days are charged at half the 1st days cost.
Kia Ora we are hosting the Ngapuhi Festival Ki Tamaki Makaurau at the Barry Curtis in Manuakau.. We are looking for quotes for a main stage for our Entertainment stage.. Because the festival is out doors we need the stage to be covered.. The largest band is an 8 piece band.. the stage needs to be 1.5 metres off the ground.. Can you help….

unfortunately our tallest stage us 90cm… We can do a 6×6 one covered with a marquee.
That 90 cm high 6x6m stage and marquee together would be $1400+GST including delivery and setup.
Sorry we cannot do a 1.5 m high stage.

Hi need staging for an event, how much for a stage roughly around 15 x 7m and sound system for a basic band drummer keyboard 2 guitars and a bass with x 3 singers? It’s for a 2 day event morning till late evening for both days.
