Basic “Take Away” PA: Pricing between $250+GST (DJ) to $500+GST (BAND) per night

 

This system  is perfect for DIY gigs with 50 to 150 people or if you are a DJ doing a school disco or corporate event or a touring band who is travelling on the road. It’s a full PA system that is JUST big enough to be grunty in a bar/hall/venue situation, but small enough to still fit in your ute, van, trailor or station wagon. It’s also been great for school productions and primary/intermediate school formals, dances, and discos.

DJ Setups:

Basic PA 1 – $250+GST:

  • 2 x 12 and horn top speakers – each powered with 1000 watt amp inside
  • Single 18 powered sub with built in cross over – 1000 watts
Optional Extras provided Free of charge with package if necessary:
  • 4 channel mixing desk either DJM600  or Zed10FX
  • 2 x microphones, 2 x stands, 2 x microphone cable
  • 4 x audio signal cables
  • Speaker poles or speaker stands
  • Powered speaker to be used as a monitor

Basic PA 2 – $300+GST:

  • 2 x active single or double 12 and horn speakers (each powered with 1000 watt amp inside)
  • 2 x active single 18 inch speakers (powered with 1000 watt amp inside with built in crossovers)
Optional extras provided free of charge with package if necessary:
  • 4 channel mixing desk either Pioneer DJM600 Dj Mixer or Zed10FX (4 mic in and 6 line in)
  • 2 x microphones, 2 x stands, 2 x microphone cable
  • 4 powercon or iec cables
  • 4 audio signal cables
  • 2 speaker poles or speaker stands
  • Speaker to be used as powered monitor

Band Setups: $400+GST off-peak $500+GST on-peak

Basic PA 3 – Between $400 and $500+GST:

  • 2 x 12 inch and horn passive top speakers
  • 2 x double 15 inch passive sub speakers
  • 2 x stereo amplifiers one for tops, one for subs
  • 2 way Crossover
  • Professional 16 channel rack mixing desk in basic FX rack, with EQ for FOH and monitors and compression
  • 2 speakon cables + 2 audio signal cables
  • Speaker poles or speaker stands

Optional extras provided free of charge with package if necessary:

  • Foldbacks or monitors usually $50+GST each, 2 for $80+GST or 3 for $100+GST with cables
  • Standard microphone kit
  • Microphone stands and cables as necessary
ADD $50+GST for a 16 channel 4 return snake if required.

  • Professional 16 channel rack mixing desk in Basic FX rack, with EQ for FOH and monitors and compression
  • 4 powercon or iec cables
  • 4 audio signal cables
  • Speaker poles or speaker stands

Optional Extras provided Free of charge with package if necessary:

  • powered speakers to be used as foldbacks or monitors $50+GST each, 2 for $80+GST or 3 for $100+GST with cables
  • Standard microphone kit (3 vocal microphones, 3 instrument microphones, 5 piece drum kit mike set, 2 x DI boxes)
  • microphone stands and cables as necessary
ADD $50+GST for a 16 channel 4 return snake if required.

Services

  • Delivery/pickup: $50+GST each way
  • Setup fee or pack out fee: $50+GST
  • System tech/sound engineer  $150 to $250 for the night or day depending on who is available.
  • All our system techs are qualified and experienced sound engineers that can mix any band.

Audio

  • UPGRADE to 16 Ch Allen and Heath desk with full FX rack (multi effects unit, reverb and delay, 6 channels of 31 band EQs, 4 compressor/limiter/gates) ADD $100+GST
  • Powered speakers that can be used as monitors ADD $50+GST each (usually $75 each)

Lighting FX

  • LED Par64 cans $25
  • Floor mount cans $25
  • Party lights $25+GST each
  • Smoke machine $30+GST

* If you are a venue looking for a sound system you can save heaps by installing long term (minimum of 1 month installation trail available – you pay the cost of 1 nights hire per week!)
