Drum KitsPearl Reference (Masterworks) drum kit $250+GST
The secret of the Reference Kit is the amount of research that has gone into making it. The wood of the the drums is carefully choosen according to the tom or drum size and charactersitics wanted for that specific drum. This is no ordinary drum kit – when it’s properly tuned, it’s a reference for what other drum kits should sound like! Gretsch Renown (All Maple) drum kit $250+GST
The Gretsch Renown Maple is one of my favorites kits for recording in the studio. As a sound engineer I prefer the sound of these to the DW collector series maple, it has thicker shells and warmer, deeper tone. All kits come with standard with the toms that are on separate stands to the bass drum (isolation) and 3 to 4 cymbals stands, a drum seat/throne, hi-hat stand, snare stand and kick pedal if necessary. |

Cymbal setsAnatolian Cymbals are hand hammered and created in an Instanbul factory in Turkey, they have engraved markings in the same spot as the Instanbul and Alchemy Cymbals and have many similar characteristics to these whilst also having their own character. They are sold mainly in Europe as up-market cymbals – because they are hand hammered, each cymbal has its own distinct flavour. $50+GST when hired with drumkit, $20+GST per cymbal per night otherwise. Hi’
I’m coming over to NZ from Perth WA to play for a mates birthday in OREWA on Sat 7th April and am looking to hire a guitar amp. Bass amp couple of mike stands and possibly a small PA system. We are a Duo and work with midi files on laptop.
Could you give me a quote on perhaps the Fender blues deluxe. A combo bass amp about 100w if possible and the mike stands. Also a couple of solid music stands if possible.
I’ll let you know about the PA when I find out more about the Venue as I understand they have a small PA, but whether it can handle the midi plus vocals I’m not sure. You might know. It’s called Boulevard of Dreams in OREWA. I will get my mate to get in touch with you when I find out more from you
Cheers
Geoff Hanson

Hi Rockfactory team,
im looking to perform a marching song in my own wedding in st matthew church in auckland. i have my own guitar but my amplifier is the smallest of the bunch. My sole question is that
1. “what do i need?” The church has a speaker but that isnt really for any music.
2. I will be performing with cello, and he may also need a microphone and a speaker to plug into should it require.
3. And I will also be needing backing cd/mp3 player, so another speaker for the device should it require.
4. Can they 3 share one amplifier? I just need reasonable system.
5. Have you also got a distortion pedal for hire?
So if you could come back to me with suggestion and rough quote will be great. thanks.
FYI the wedding is 26th of this month.
I have sent you a reply via email – let me know if what I’ve proposed sounds like it suits
